Fiber Shield or FRP Jacket are Fiber Reinforced Polymer shield used to strengthen,

retrofit, and protect concrete, steel, or timber piles in marine and structural

applications. Its is usually made in two or more pre fabricated half circle shells to

allow easy installation around the piles, pillar or beam. These shields protect

structures from Corrosion and other environmental impact.

It’s used in marine piles protection, strengthening damaged concrete piles of

bridge or any kind of structures, seismic retrofitting etc.
