1.Removal of the peel concrete surface

2.Painted with primer

3.Feed the holes in the surface

4.Cover it with gums

5.Stick on strengthen patch

6.Cover the Strengthen patch with gums.

7.Surface Finishing

Removal of the peel concrete surface,feed the leak with Epoxy, make arch of the left corners.

Make sure the primer sink to the concrete till certain thickness.

Make sure the primer
dry before adding dust, and make sure the concrete surface neat.

Gums proportion and thickness should be propriate, and pay special attention to the hardness of the gums.

Strengthen patch should be sticked according to the orientation and location, well sinked. Pressed out the air from the strengthen patch in fiber direction. Afterwards, make sure the strengthen patch is smooth and neat.

Cover the patch again and make sure the gums well sinked,without air. Repeat steps 4,5 and 6 with many layers of patches.
